Don’t Read This If You’re Scared To Know Your Body + Its Responses

Whenever I discover something going on with my body i.e. an unusual muscle pain, or twitch; a cold; soreness; pretty much anything, I go into a bit of an obsessive hypochondriac spiral, and look it up on the Internet.

I know what you’re thinking, and you’re wrong. I don’t go look up the physical symptoms of the dis-ease that’s befallen me and fret about the world coming to an end. Oh no!

Rather, I check out what the infamous Louise Hay from her amazingly insightful and loveable book You Can Heal Your Life has to say about it. I want to know what the psychosomatic and emotional root of the physical problem is, so that I can rearrange my thoughts, beliefs and reactions, so that they support me, rather than cause me pain.

You see, every physical response is a message from your body telling you that there’s something not quite right in the way you are interacting with life right now. And, with the help of our friends (like Louise and our intuitions) we can get very specific on exactly what that is.

Here’s a little A to Z outline of common body responses and their emotional causes:

Do you relate to any of this style of “I love and accept my blah blah exactly as I blah blah blah”?

What do YOU think? Useful? Weird? Love it?

I will not be offended! You know why? Because I love and accept myself exactly as I am right now. Ha!
