So, here we are, at the start of 2019...
So, here we are, at the start of 2019… at the very top point of a new calendar year and 300-something new opportunities to create, enjoy, surrender to and soak up the one very wonderful and precious life we have each been gifted with.
2019 is a 1 year for me which means it’s all about new beginnings. If you’re into numerology at all, you’ll know what I’m talking about and if this concept is new to you, find out what your personal year is in 2019 here. Which makes so much sense since so many things ended with the 9-year cycle for me last year. With a 1 year is also the start of a new 9-year cycle and I intend to begin it with full enthusiasm, joy and great expectations.
It also means that I am approaching life, work, relationships and my personal life plus things in general in a whole new way. Things are changing…
I spent the first day of the year, serenely hungover, laying on my sofa planning to watch a movie or two. As I set there — my legs slung over the armrest — my tarot cards began to beckon me. I had no intentions to set a “word of the year” or “goals” or anything else like that because all of December as I was feeling into how I wanted 2019 to feel my intuition just kept letting me know that it wasn’t something I had to think about. That I was well on my way and all I had to do was keep showing up…
This knowing came as a result of the worst flu I’ve had for years and the scribblings I found from the 3 days I layed in bed, unable to move, or think or do anything, with a high fever, in my journal:

  • My only job [in life] is to remain anchored in my energy centre and respond from that space.
  • When I respond from my anchored centre I am 100% magnetic and life delivers me an array of options. All I need to do is say “yes” to the things that light me up, excite and expand me, and “no” to everything else.
  • To be truly present and aligned I must move forth gently.
  • It is important to tread lightly and with humour.

Sometimes we get in our own way by thinking we need to know what we need. Anyway, I digress from my story.
So these tarot cards were sitting there, winking at me, and I was like “sure, fine, what do you want to to do?” and they were like “12 cards for the 12 months of 2019, please” and so I shuffled and smiled and wondered with curiosity what would unfold before me. I won’t bore you with the details since those are on a need-to-know basis but essentially, they were most excellent and I was very pleased. I prefer using internally guided methods for creating a map for my life like astrology and intuition over externally validated methods like goal setting which is limited by mind and ego because my aim in life is to live the fullest expression of my soul that I can.
Based on the card reading I was intuitively guided to map out my work and life with a new cyclical rhythm that I hadn’t foreseen: 3 months on and 1 month off. I was also called to take a few new leaps in the direction that I have been gently pulled (and sometimes yanked when I didn’t pay attention). It was time to stretch outside my comfort zone and trust, again.
Here’s what is happening:
— For the first time in 3 years, I am raising my private client program prices by 20%. I’ve learned and studied and experienced and worked with private clients so much the past few years and the kind of mentoring I am able to provide has evolved tremendously. It is time for the price point to reflect the value. Clients I am currently working with will not be affected, nor will those who have contacted me prior to this week (you should all have received emails from me). If private mentoring is something you’d like to learn more about, please email me at and I will send you all the details.

— With that, I wanted to offer something that allowed all the inner and outer work I have been moving through to be made available in a way that is more accessible as well as wildly effective and transformational. Cue: Supported. Supported is a 3-month weekly live mentoring circle to work through particular stages within a season of transition held and supported not only by me — your mentor — but also by an intimate circle of women who are on a parallel journey with you. Not only is this a potent and radical approach to personal growth and mentoring, because it occurs within an intimate group setting you are paying less than a ¼ of what it costs to work with me privately, get my 2 most popular courses for free, and ultimately receive a richer, multifaceted and even more supported experience. Plus, you get to do what comes naturally: support, hold space for and encourage other women who benefit from your vulnerability and strength by participating. We begin in February.

— My first ever digital 8-week course: Manifest More is being retired as we speak (gasp! she was my first baby and I still am so proud of her!) and being replaced by something ultimately much, much bigger with room for growth and space to breathe new life into all the universal laws we engage with on a daily basis and the fresh lessons I have garnered over the past 5 years. Behold: Align + Free. She is still in the very initial stages of development and I feel you’ll be getting the first real glimpses with the astrological New Year on the first New Moon in April.
— I am working on the next class for you: Affluent, due out with the Full Lunar Eclipse later this month. I’m not revealing too much of this one just yet, but lets just say say, if you want to know how I’ve incrementally increased my income by more than 10k every year the past five years, if you want to know all my numbers, my mistakes and my philosophy on what it takes to be a good human and also make more than enough money, then you’ll want to do Affluent.
Phew! So here I am kneeling on the floor on my yoga mat (which also serves as my office much of the time because I am like a wriggly child that cannot sit in chairs) feeling a little vulnerable and scared but also, completely trusting the process. The universe has never once let me down and while last year was all about rebuilding the most steady foundations of myself and my life, this year I feel firmly held as I dive into the expanse of the next unknown 12 months. I can’t wait to find out what life has in store for me.
