- Get really honest with yourself. What is it that you truly, deeply want for yourself? For your life? Start focusing + set intentions for how you want your life to FEEL like.
- Resist the temptations to indulge yourself in negative thoughts + self talk. Remember that thoughts become things + this is not what you want to manifest into your life.
- Do things that make you feel good. Really good! What makes you feel full + loved + bursting with joy + excitement, or fulfilled gentleness + calm happiness? Do that.
- Nurture + care for your body. You know how.
- Know your boundaries. + stand by them.
- Respect yourself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy.
- Be gentle with yourself. You are always doing the very best you can with the knowledge you have in that moment.
- Surround yourself with people who love, support + uplift you.
- Learn to say NO more often. This will free your life up more than you can imagine. Saying NO is a form of self respect.
- Treat yourself the way that you’d like to be treated. Every. Single. Day.
- Make promises to yourself. + then keep them. This builds self confidence.
- Exfoliate + moisturize. Consistently. It’ll keep your skin healthy, young + supple.
- Trust yourself. Stop questioning whether what you are is right or wrong. You are. That is more than enough.
- Follow your gut feelings. Always. They will keep you out of tricky situations + guide you to miracles.
- Put yourself first. Because you’re worth it.
- Eat lots if leafy greens.
- Write down all the things you like about yourself. Place your list somewhere you can see it often. Yes, you really are that great!
- Throw yourself a party.
- Move your body. Even if its just a bit of a stretch. Move it everyday.
- Do something just for you. Get a massage. Bake your favorite cake. Buy those silk trousers. Go for a walk somewhere you’ve always wanted to.
- Wear natural fibers. Cotton. Silk. Wool. They feel so luxurious against your skin + allow it to breathe. You will feel SO much better than when you’re wrapped in plastic synthetic fibers.
- Indulge in organic, locally sourced, fresh fruit + vegetables whenever you can. Not only are you being kind to yourself, you are also being kind to the planet.
- Develop a morning routine. One that makes you feel so loved + excited to start a new day! You will see drastic improvements in your life.
- Practice self love. Because no one can love you the way you can. Treasure yourself.
- Declare your love + passions to the world. + then follow them.
- Live your life by your own terms. NO ONE knows what’s right for you better then YOU.
- Know your own worth + declare it.
- Listen to the urgency of your desires. They are the golden key to unlocking your dreams + turning them into reality.
- Make like Simba + “laugh in the face of danger”. Even if you’re scared.
- Take your time. Enjoy every moment. Waking. Playing. Working. Eating. Walking. Loving. Breathing. Doing. Being. They are all important.
- Write down your goals. Then outline some steps you are going to take right now, to make them come true.
- Spend time in nature. See, feel + enjoy the beauty of this marvelous world you are lucky enough to have been born into. You chose + created it anyway!
