The Art of Noticing

A six-week writing practice.

Noticing is my favourite art form. It’s how I find beauty in the ordinary, meaning in the messiness, poetry in the in-between moments.

Writing has always been my way of capturing it all… of making sense of the world, of holding onto the fleeting magic that might otherwise slip away.

This 6-week writing course is an invitation into that practice.

A space to slow down, pay attention, and put words to the things that move you. Through daily lessons, we’ll explore writing not as a rigid craft, but as a way of being present, a way of listening, a way of seeing life more deeply.

Whether you write for yourself or long to share your words, this is for you.

Let’s notice together.

This experience is designed to help you develop a writing practice that feels natural, honest, and deeply fulfilling.

Each week, we’ll explore different aspects of writing. Not just as a skill, but as a way of being.

This is for you if:
~ You long to cultivate a consistent, easeful writing practice.
~ You crave creative expression but don’t always know where to start.
~ You want to write with more honesty, confidence, and presence.
~ You’d love to explore your unique voice in a warm, supportive space.
~ You dream of sharing your words but feel resistance, fear, or uncertainty.

“I loved the softness and creativity of the prompts ~ the invitation to embrace the messy and mundane parts of life by tuning into the details. I feel like the sensory details helped me to take some really painful experiences and make something beautiful out of them.”

— Angela

“The Art of Noticing deeply inspired me and motivated me to give more time and attention to my writing. I uncovered some surprising inner blocks and was able to move through them—thanks in part to the inspiring group exchange, which reminded me I’m not alone in my creative struggles, hopes, and thoughts. I feel lighter and have given myself permission to write—simply because I want to. The course gave me the final gentle push I needed, without pressure, but through many small, inspiring nudges.
