muses
A weekly creative co-working gathering for bringing your visions into reality.
A place to write, think, make, dream, work and move the things that matter to you forward, alongside others who are making their own way into the world, hosted by Vienda.
~ 90 mins per week
~ on Zoom live: video/audio calls
~ €33 / €47 / €59 per month, sliding scale
~ every Tuesday: 4 pm Paris | 10 am NYC | 7 am LA
As our MUSES group grows the intention is to add a second weekly group session on Thursdays at a different time, plus a monthly office hour where you can come and ask questions and bring your work and thoughts and receive mentoring.
Quarterly entry: September | December | March | June
You are your own muse. Your life is material. Your curiosity is material. Your experiences, obsessions, questions, contradictions and ideas are all pointing somewhere. You are the creative muse for your biggest dreams, desires and visions. You create by beginning.
We are muses for one another. In a portal of creation together. To be inspired and to inspire. To be seen and to see. To be celebrated and to celebrate. To be moved and to move. Being in the vortex of others creating from depth, thought, and pouring from the soul gives you courage—the magic of making things together.
MUSES is a place to come and build on your body of work, every week, alongside other people who are making their own way and work into the world. Come with your questions. Come with your ideas. Come with the thing you’re ready to make or already making.
Each week you bring whatever is alive for you right now. Your words, your ideas, your business, your half-finished project, your notes app full of brilliant thoughts, the thing you keep saying you’re going to get around to.
Be your own muse.
See what becomes possible when we become muses for each other.
how muses works
Muses is not an active teaching/guiding/mentoring group, but you are welcome to bring thoughts, questions and areas you might feel stuck in. Our focus in Muses is on doing the work in a held space-and-time container, with others who are also doing the work.
what to expect
~ You show up on time, guided into the space with some soft music playing while everyone lands. You bring your favourite drink, maybe light a candle or incense, open your doc, get your list, have your notebook on hand, ready to begin
~ You will be invited either in the chat (if you’re feeling introspective) or verbally with audio/video (if you want to be heard) to briefly share what you are working on today and your intention for your work
~ For the next 60 minutes we work. Heads in our worlds, moving through projects, words, ideas and devotion to our work
~ For the last 20 minutes you have the option to continue with the sound off because you’re in the zone and found your flow state. Or to stop and share something you want help thinking or exploring through
~ To close you will be invited either in the chat (if you’re feeling introspective) or verbally with audio/video (if you want to be heard) to share what you completed and your next steps until our next session
After a few months together you will find yourself surrounded by momentum, growth and focus in the areas of life you have put off for too long because you needed a container to help hold it all. Muses is that for you.

this IS for you if…
- You are building a body of work rather than chasing one quick project.
- You write, make, teach, think, create, build, research, publish, run a business, or do some gloriously difficult combination of all of the above.
- You want to write the essay, finish the book, build the offer, send the newsletter, make the website, develop the idea, shape the course, create the thing.
- You don’t necessarily need someone to tell you what to do. You need time, structure, companionship and somewhere to bring the work.
- You like working alongside other people, even when you’re working on completely different things.
- You are already making something, or you know there is something you want to make, but you need a regular place to actually work on it.
- You want to be around people who take their creative lives seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
- You are interested in the bigger question underneath the work too: What am I here to make? What am I here to say? What kind of life do I want this work to support?
- And perhaps most importantly: You are willing to show up.
this is NOT for you if…
- You are looking for a course that will teach you exactly how to write, build a personal brand, grow on Instagram, start a Substack or launch a business.
- You want someone to tell you what to work on every week.
- You are looking for intensive one-to-one coaching or detailed feedback on every piece of work you produce. That’s for my 1:1 containers.
- You need external accountability to do absolutely anything and are hoping someone will chase you when you disappear.
- You are primarily looking for networking, lead generation or a place to promote your business. (Though the relationships we create here do become beautifully symbiotic.)
- You want a productivity system designed to squeeze more output from your day.
- You aren’t actually interested in making anything right now, but like the idea of being the kind of person who makes things.
frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a writer/have a business to join?
No. Writing is a big part of MUSES, but you don’t have to identify as “a writer” or have a “business” to belong here.
You might be writing a book, building a business, creating a newsletter, developing an offer, making art, working on a personal project, researching something you’re fascinated by, or simply trying to turn a collection of ideas into something tangible.
If there is something you want to make, MUSES is for you.
What happens on our calls?
We meet live on Zoom for 90 minutes.
We arrive together, share what we’re working on, set an intention for the session, and then get on with it. There will be a little conversation and connection, but most of our time is protected for actually doing the work.
You can write, edit, research, plan, think, make, build, organise or work on whatever you have brought with you.
What if I don’t know what I want to work on yet?
That’s okay. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formed project and a strategy. You can bring a question, a collection of ideas, something you’ve been circling, or simply use the time to figure out what wants your attention.
Sometimes the work is writing. Sometimes the work is thinking about what to write.
Do I have to work on the same project every week?
You might spend one day writing an essay, the next working on your business, and the next finally dealing with the website you’ve been avoiding.
MUSES is about building a body of work and a creative life over time, not forcing yourself into one narrow lane.
Is this a writing class?
No. There won’t be weekly lessons, homework or a curriculum you have to complete. MUSES is a creative co-working space.
The value is in the rhythm of showing up, doing the work, being around other people who are doing theirs, and having access to a growing community of creative people.
There will also be opportunities for mentoring and conversation as the group grows.
What if I’m shy or don’t like group calls?
That’s cool! Just show up as yourself. You don’t have to talk much at all.
You can arrive, say hello in the chat, tell us what you’re working on, turn your camera on or off according to what works for you, and spend most of the session quietly getting on with your thing.
The community is there for connection, but you are never required to be someone you’re not.
What if I miss a call?
Life happens. The point isn’t to be perfect. The point is to have somewhere to come back to. It’s an invitation into easy and co-creative consistency. If you miss a week, come back the next one.
Why is there a sliding scale?
Because I want MUSES to be accessible to people at different financial levels. The three prices are €33, €47 and €59 per month. They give you exactly the same MUSES experience. Choose the one that feels honest and sustainable for you.
Why can I only join quarterly?
MUSES is designed as an ongoing creative rhythm rather than a drop-in coworking room.
New members join at the beginning of each quarter so that the group can grow together, develop its own organic way and maintain a sense of continuity and community.
Entry points are September, December, March and June.
Is there a minimum commitment?
MUSES works best when you give yourself enough time to settle into the rhythm, so quarterly entry is designed around staying for the quarter.
Think less about whether you can “get your money’s worth” from three months and more about what could happen if you gave yourself a regular creative home for three months.
Can I join if I’m working on a business?
Yes. MUSES can be particularly useful if your business is part of your body of work.
You can use the time to write your newsletter, develop your offers, work on your website, create content, think through ideas, research, plan, write, edit or simply make progress on the thing you’ve been procrastinating.
This isn’t a business coaching programme, though. You’re bringing the business; MUSES gives you the room to work on it.
Can I join if I don’t have a business?
Of course. You don’t need to monetise your creativity for it to be meaningful. You might be writing because you have something to say. Making because you have something to make. Thinking because you’re curious. That’s enough.
