two things that actually build a business
1. commit to being seen
Annoyingly, the women who build something successful are not the ones with the best ideas. They’re the ones who showed up for their ideas over and over again, often enough and for long enough that other people found them. Visibility is a decision you make, and then make again, every single day: in the content you post, the offers you put out, the emails you send even when you don’t feel ready. What often holds us back are subconscious beliefs that we are not enough, unworthy or incapable of being who we need to be to do this and truly allow ourselves to be seen.
2. sell before it’s finished
The most expensive habit in business is waiting. Waiting until the website is perfect, the offer is fully formed, the timing feels right. But that feeling of certainty never arrives. What actually works is: create the idea, talk about it publicly, offer it before it’s done, then build it once you know it’s wanted. This is how every successful thing you admire was built. We wait because we believe that if we get the thing just right, we can evade the feelings of fear, doubt and uncertainty. That feeling comes after we do the thing. Cowork is where you do it.

- WEEK 1 — Arrival
The first week is yours to land. Get set up, meet the group, begin your listening partnership. We land together slowly, with intention, before we dive in deeper. - WEEK 2 — Honest inventory
Often, we are busy but not moving. This week we look at what’s actually there — your offer, your platform, your presence — clearly and without judgment. The gap between where you are and where you want to be is identified here to map out the next steps. - WEEK 3 — Business identity
Running a business requires a different version of you. More boundaried. More decisive. More willing to be responsible for something that only moves with you. This week you make sense of what your business is specifically asking of you right now, the new identity you need to embody and put a new structure in place. - WEEK 4 — Your marketing
Marketing can feel hard if you’ve been using frameworks that are built for someone else. This week, you look at what you actually believe about marketing, where those beliefs came from, and what marketing tools and practices actually fit your nature and implement them. - WEEK 5 — You seen & voice in public
If you believe that everyone already knows what you know, think, feel or believe, it’s costing you! People don’t buy from businesses. People buy from people they feel they understand. Your perspective — your particular way of seeing your corner of the world — is the most important thing you bring to the world. - WEEK 6 — Sell before you’re ready
An offer doesn’t need to be finished to be sold. It needs to be clear enough that someone can say yes. This week you map your offer, write the page, and put it out. Vienda’s personal copy feedback arrives on one piece of your work: specific edits, honest assessment, practical suggestions. - WEEK 7 — Your business from here
You get to design what comes next and plan a financial picture that actually makes sense for your life. Here, you map out your next financial quarter: what you are working on, selling and holding in your business, and leave this week with clarity and momentum. - WEEK 8 — Open floor and closing
The final week belongs to whatever is unfinished, unasked, or still moving. Bring your stuck places, your almost-there things, your real questions, and we work on them together. Then we close the way we opened: gently, with celebration and reverence.

how COWORK came to be
I have been running my own business for over a decade. In that time, I have launched things that failed, built things that grew both quickly and slowly, and figured out, through a curious and experimental mindset and lots of trial and error, what makes my business work, on my terms.
What I kept noticing, in my own experience and in the women I mentored, was that sometimes we get stuck and lose momentum when we’re at the edge of something meaningful, transformative, or profound. And we need to be witnessed, held and supported through the process of stepping into the next iteration of our lives and businesses.
Cowork is a condensed group program for a process that I often take my private clients through and is built on hundreds of hours of both running a business and supporting women in building and running businesses. I often have women ask me if they can join a program that addresses not only business strategy but also the psychology and energetics behind it, shared and processed in community. Cowork is that.

I’m just starting out — is this for me?
Cowork is designed for women who have already started something, even if it’s early and feels uncertain. If you have an offer — or a clear idea of one — and you’re ready to actually work on it, you’re in the right place. If you’re still figuring out what your thing is, Practical Dreamer might be a better fit first.
I’ve done programs before and not finished them. How is this different?
Cowork isn’t a course you consume on your own schedule. It’s a live container with real people showing up every week, including you. The live sessions, the listening partnerships, the community group — all of it creates enough structure and accountability that finishing isn’t something you have to willpower your way through.
When does it start?
The next cohort runs in September 2026. Spaces are limited because Cowork only works as an intimate cohort. Each application gets reviewed personally, and if it’s a fit, you’ll receive a personal invitation with a link to process your payment. A good place to start is to get on the waitlist.
How many people are in the cohort?
Maximum twelve. Cowork only works as an intimate experience ~ small enough that everyone actually knows each other, shows up for each other’s work, and feels safe enough to bring their real questions into the room.
I’m already so busy. Is eight weeks realistic?
That’s up to you. If you can’t find 3-4 hours per week to work on your business, then this is probably not right for you. Most of what you do inside Cowork is work you would be doing anyway. You’re just doing it with company and direction instead of alone and spiralling.
What kind of businesses will be in the room?
Women building personal brands, creative businesses, service businesses, coaching practices, writing, consulting — anything where you are the business. What they have in common is they’re doing it as themselves, not behind a corporate identity. If that’s you, you’ll fit.
Will I get individual attention from Vienda?
Yes! Through the weekly live sessions, where you can bring your real questions, and through the personal copy feedback on your offer or page. She’s also in the Slack group every day (except weekends), dropping audio snippets and reading everything you share.
My business isn’t in English — does that matter?
The calls, teachings, and community all run in English. Your business doesn’t have to be. The copy feedback works best on English copy though ~ if that’s a question for you, drop me a line before applying: studio@viendamaria.com.
Is €550 the full price?

I’m in a reinvention phase — is Cowork still right for me?
Cowork works best when you have something to work on ~ an offer, a direction, even a loose one. If you’re still figuring out what your thing actually is, Practical Dreamer is probably the better place to start. If you have something and you’re ready to commit to it, market it, sell it — even before it feels finished — you’re in the right place. Not sure? Apply anyway, and we’ll work it out.
